I&amp;#39;m interested in a curious distinction that appears on the Universal Postal Union (UPU) website, concerning Guam, or should I say, the two Guams. What&amp;#39...</title><content type='html'>Thank you for these wonderful comments. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What&amp;#39;s been really interesting and exciting to see, from my perspective, is the increasing number of bloggers who are examining as well as speaking out against the build-up. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I honestly believe many more  bloggers will take up this issue. At this point, most on the mainland are really unaware of it.
